Cherry Pencil Post Bed

This bed has evenly tapered posts with eight sides, each having four neatly carved Gothic lambs tongues. The headboard is slotted into the head posts which are covered by a tester. The antique finish is hand applied and rubbed to achieve a rich patina.

7’ H – Available in king, queen and double.
With either bed rail, iron or rope support.

New England – c. 1790-1850

Federal Mahogany Turned Four Poster Bed

Four equal posts contain bulbous ring turnings, which support a full tester. The headboard is slotted into the head posts. The antique finish is hand applied and rubbed to achieve a rich patina.

Available in king, queen and double.

Pennsylvania – c. 1800

 

Federal Mahogany Turned Four Poster Bed with Arched Tester Frame

Bulbous ring turnings with carved Gothic lambs tongues. The antique finish is hand applied and rubbed to achieve a rich patina.

Chippendale Mahogany Four Poster Bed

Four bold turnings are supported by a marlborough foot. The four by three inch side rails are tenoned into the poster. The headboard is slotted into the head posts which are covered by a mahogany tester. The antique finish is hand applied and rubbed to achieve a rich patina.
